Ideal for shopfront and shopping centre, carpark, lock-up and light industrial premises, commercial roller shutters are available in a range of colours and a variety of styles:
- Basic galvanised steel finish
- Plastisol and powder coated finish
- Curved or flat lath appearance
- Solid, perforated or punched lath
Solid laths provide the greatest security and are available in light or heavy thickness to achieve the desired level of protection.
Perforated and punched laths offer a degree of visibility through the shutter and can also enable air flow making them ideal for shopfronts and car parks alike.
Operation in our modern world is more often electric using tubular single phase motors within the roller shutters barrel. Of course we still offer the counterbalanced spring manual operation and chain operation for those premises without a dependable power supply.
Control of electric roller shutters come as standard with either internal push button, or external high security key switch, operation is push once for full opening and push/hold to close in a controlled manner. We also offer remote control hand transmitters and even Wi-Fi operation.
